Owner + Lead Planner
Fun Fact: Before wedding planning, I was a special education middle and high school English + Humanities teacher.
Fun Fact: I am passionate about Beagle Freedom Project and wrote and published a book about our rescue dog, Donny.
Fun Fact: Before permanently moving to Hawaii, my husband and I spent two years traveling the United States in our converted van.
Please keep in mind during all correspondence that we are operating within the Hawaii-Aleutian Standard.

All emails will receive a response within 72 hours. Likewise, we ask that our clients commit to responding to us within 72 hours.
We do require that all phone calls + video meetings be scheduled using our calendar.
While texting is often a quick + efficient way to communicate, unless absolutely necessary, we request that our clients primary method of correspondence is email.
If you are within 2 weeks of your wedding date, please feel free to correspond with us via text.
Timelines, Action Items/Deliverables
We ask that our clients commit to the Timelines and Action Items/Deliverables needed for our team to ensure a successful event. Please review your contract for details on our Payment Policy, Late Fee Policy, and Changes Policy.
Our team will do our best to be clear and specific about what we need from you for a successful event. In any situation where clarification is needed, please let your planner know asap.
What is the best way to get in communication with my planner/coordinator?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and allow us 72 hours to reply. If it is a timely question, please send an email with the subject like URGENT.
Can I text my wedding planner/coordinator?
Please only text us in emergency situations or if you are less than two weeks from your wedding date.
Who will be the coordinator on my wedding day?
While we cannot guarantee a specific person to be your day of coordinator, we can assure you that we have an amazing and experienced team ready to execute your special day.
I have X number of hours of consulting/planning time. When should I use it?
That is totally up to you! Please use our calendar to schedule your planning/consulting calls and leave us a brief note about what you would like to cover during our call.
Will your team help me with my hotel reservations + room blocks for my guests?
While we are happy to recommend accommodations, we are not a travel agency and will not manage your hotel/room block reservations or flights. Should you be interested in those services, we are happy to share our favorite travel agents.
Can I ship packages to your office?
We are happy to accept your packages no more than 30 days out from your wedding date. Should you ship them earlier, you will incur a $5/package/day fee.
