Coordinating Services

You have done all the planning, now all you need is for someone to come in to make sure the day runs smoothly. Sit back and relax, this is where we come in! We will operate as your point of contact, last minute errand runner, and party starter (seriously, I'll be the first on the dance floor if needed)! 

On your special day we can be your Hype Woman, Right Hand Woman, or Woman of Honor. Read through what each role entails and then let's get started coordinating your special day! 

HYPE

Woman

  • Suggested for small events; ceremony only weddings; guest count 40 and below

  • Timely and unlimited correspondence via email

​

  • Development of an event timeline for Vendors, Bridal Party, and/or guests.

​

  • Eight (8) hours of on-site coordination and supervision at the event​

​

  • Point of contact for all vendors on the day of event

​

  • One (1) hour of in-person/Zoom consultation time throughout the planning process
